1. Service

ComplyMatrix provides a Digital Product Passport (DPP) creation and management platform. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the product data you upload. ComplyMatrix does not claim ownership of your data.

5. Data Processing

Data is processed and stored on EU-based servers (Frankfurt, Germany) in accordance with GDPR requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

ComplyMatrix is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding regulatory acceptance of DPPs created on the platform.
